Terms of Service

These terms govern your access to and use of the CVPay website and services. By using the services, you agree to these terms.

1. Definitions

"CVPay", "we", "our", or "us" refers to the CVPay entity providing the services in your jurisdiction. "Merchant", "you", or "your" refers to the entity or individual using the services.

2. Eligibility

The services are offered to businesses that pass our onboarding due diligence. Some services are further restricted by geography, industry, or regulatory permission.

3. The services

CVPay provides pay-in, pay-out, crypto settlement, FX, and related services as further described in commercial agreements and product documentation.

4. Merchant obligations

You will provide accurate information, cooperate with due diligence and ongoing monitoring, comply with applicable laws (including consumer protection, tax, data protection, and card network rules), and not use the services for prohibited activities.

5. Fees

Fees are set out in your commercial agreement and may include per-transaction fees, FX spreads, and other charges. Fees are transparently disclosed prior to being incurred.

6. Prohibited activities

You may not use the services for activities that are illegal, that violate card network rules, or that fall within categories we do not support (published on request and updated from time to time).

7. Confidentiality

Each party will protect the other's confidential information with reasonable care and use it only for the purposes of the agreement.

8. Warranties & disclaimers

Except as expressly stated, the services are provided "as is". We disclaim implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Liability

Our aggregate liability under these terms is capped as set out in your commercial agreement. Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Term & termination

The agreement continues until terminated as set out in your commercial agreement. We may suspend or terminate for material breach, fraud, or regulatory reasons.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes are resolved in Singapore, subject to any different terms in your commercial agreement.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated in advance.
